Our Team

Hi, I’m Paul Gerrard, Managing Director of Gerrard Building Services Engineers Ltd.

I’m a Chartered Engineer with CIBSE (Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers) and I’ve worked in the Building Services Engineering consultancy sector for over 15 years. I have a passion for all aspects of Engineering and helping others understand how things work.

I formed the Company to guide my Clients through the Engineering design and delivery process in order to offer them a personal bespoke service that meets their needs. Whether it’s initial advice at a feasibility stage, a performance design service working in conjunction with a Contractor, a detailed design service to BIM Level 2 or advice at the construction stage, myself and my Company will be there to support you with your project.

As for me, when I’m not spending time with my young family, I practice Wing Chun martial arts and ride my motorcycle (when I get the chance!).
